Article 2 — Applicability
2.1. These terms and conditions apply to every offer by Blue Innovation BV and to every Agreement concluded.
2.2. Before the Agreement is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions is made available to you. You can save and consult the terms.
2.3. If any provision of these terms is void or voidable, the remaining provisions remain fully in force.
Article 3 — The offer and the agreement
3.1. GovCompass provides access to digital learning content for preparation for certifications in the field of AI governance, including the AIGP exam.
3.2. The offer contains a description of the Training that is sufficiently complete and accurate to allow you to make a proper assessment. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind us.
3.3. The Agreement is concluded at the moment you accept the offer by completing the order and making payment.
3.4. After the Agreement is concluded, you receive a confirmation by email.
Article 4 — Price and payment
4.1. The price shown for the Training is a final price including VAT, expressed in euros.
4.2. Payment is made through our payment service provider Mollie, via the payment methods offered on the website (such as iDEAL and credit card).
4.3. Access to the Training is granted after receipt of full payment.
Article 5 — Access, use, and intellectual property
5.1. After payment you obtain one (1) year of unlimited access to the Training you have purchased, counted from the date of purchase, insofar as the knowledge and learning environment and the Training are offered by Blue Innovation BV. Access is unlimited in use within that period; it relates to the content as purchased and does not constitute any commitment to ongoing free content updates.
5.2. The content of the Training is carefully compiled and aligned with a specific version of the applicable Body of Knowledge (as stated with the Training, for example “aligned with the AIGP Body of Knowledge v2.1, effective 2 February 2026”). Legislation and exam requirements may evolve; we update the content to our reasonable judgement and adjust the version statement accordingly.
5.3. You obtain a personal, non-transferable right of use to the Training. Access is intended for one person and one account. Sharing login credentials is not permitted.
5.4. All intellectual property rights in the Training and the knowledge and learning environment — including lesson content, questions, explanations, structure, and design — belong to Blue Innovation BV. You may not copy, distribute, publish, resell, or otherwise make the content available to third parties.
5.5. In the event of misuse of access, sharing of login credentials, or infringement of our intellectual property rights, we may terminate access to the Training without any right to a refund.
Article 6 — Right of withdrawal and its exclusion
6.1. In a distance contract you in principle have the right to dissolve the Agreement within fourteen (14) days without giving reasons (the statutory right of withdrawal).
6.2. The Training concerns digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium and that is made accessible immediately after purchase. The right of withdrawal may be excluded for such digital content if you expressly consent.
6.3. When placing your order, you are expressly asked:
- (a) to consent to immediate delivery of and access to the Training before the fourteen-day withdrawal period expires; and
- (b) to declare that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal.
6.4. By giving this consent and declaration and beginning to use the Training, you waive your right of withdrawal and the possibility of dissolving the Agreement for a refund lapses.
6.5. If you do not give this express consent, you retain your right of withdrawal for fourteen days from the conclusion of the Agreement, provided you have not yet started using the Training.
6.6. Withdrawal. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@govcompass.ai. The statutory model withdrawal form is available on request.
6.7. If you validly withdraw and have not waived your right of withdrawal, we refund the amount you paid within fourteen days.
Article 7 — Nature of the Training
7.1. The Training is educational in nature and provides preparation for an exam. Successfully passing an exam depends on your own effort, study, and performance. Blue Innovation BV does not guarantee that you will pass the exam after taking the Training.
7.2. The content of the Training does not constitute legal advice and is not intended as a substitute for professional legal or compliance advice. For compliance with laws and regulations in your specific situation, you should consult a qualified adviser. Blue Innovation BV is not liable for decisions you or your organisation make based on the content of the Training.
Article 8 — Availability
8.1. We make every effort to keep the knowledge and learning environment and the Training continuously available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may temporarily limit or suspend access for maintenance, updates, or security.
